Ok, it was time for a small bit of UPbeat stuff.
With our crazy busy schedule and trying to catch up from the last month we have had little time to do anything on post.
Today I forced myself to DO something even if it made me behind on other things because it was a fun event.
ACE OF CAKES came to film their final show for the season.
I was so excited because I got addicted to that show while we were in the hotel forEVER!
I just love the cake master DUFF. He looks like a hard core tough guy and is quite funny on the show, but he is the most awesome cake designer I have ever seen. I say designer because the creations are just crazy cool. They are unique, elaborate, life-like structures. They are $$$$$$, but so fun to watch when they are fighting the clock and things are going wrong. I cannot wait to see this episode. I loved the cake.
At first I was thinking it was a little small. Then I thought it was cool but wondered why the helicopter and not a tank or a scene of some sort....BUT then they turned it on.
The helicopter had a light in the front and back ...cool huh?
BUT wait, there is MORE!
The blades on the copter started going around. I just thought that was WAY more than my kids would ever get.
I want to learn how to make that stuff. I will watch that show until I can figure out the ultimate cake. By that time we should be in the market for a wedding cake. Maybe I can master the groom's cake?....Ok, I know that is a long time away....that is my point. I HOPE to have a clue by then.
